ITC and BECTU minimum rates of pay

The Independent Theatre Council (ITC) and creative union BECTU have set a minimum rate of £150 per day for freelance producers operating in the independent theatre market. My rates are based on high demand for my work and specialist experience.

For details on the impact and necessity for this agreement, read here.

If my rates are beyond your budget, please still get in touch. Depending on my availability and income across other projects, I may be able to offer discounted rates as in-kind offerings to earlier career creatives or projects that align with my personal values or demonstrate actions for social change.
