Organisational Development

We a not-for-profit arts organisation that specialises in facilitating workshops, events, and projects with young people. We are based in London and Coventry but deliver our projects nationwide.

As Executive Producer I work with the Artisitc Director to make their dreams for our growing organisation a reality. Beyond producing our events, I manage taxes and finances, growth stratgeies, fundraising, and organisational networking. 

Our aim is to build a varied annual programme of projects, working with schools, charities, and other organisations to ensure that young people have access to exciting creative events and they know that their ideas matter.

The Almeida exists to launch the next generation of British artists onto the world stage.

The board has been running since 2018 and has been a vital part of the organisation in that time. Consisting of 12 members aged 18-25 who are interested in arts leadership, we meet regularly as a group and are in dialogue with the senior management team and the Almeida Board regarding the continued development of the theatre.

Notable productions include: A Streetcar Named Desire (with Paul Mescal, Patsy Ferran, and Anjana Vasan),  Tammy Faye (with Katie Brayben, Andrew Rannells, and music by Elton John), and Hamlet (with Andrew Scott)
